I saw the Noom Facebook post and decided to check it out.
Decided to give it a try. Just tracking what I eat, would help me to not eat so much. Had no idea the help I would receive from "PsychTricks."
Over the last 35 days, following the program, I've started eating better, feeling better, working out more, and lost 24.40 lbs.
They have nailed the thinking process, I have had almost every day. When I was thinking, I want to eat more or something I shouldn't, the "PsychTrick" of the day would guide back on track.
Setting goals, following the plan, reading the daily information, WORKS!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
