    Noom Diet

    I lost weight

    Overall Experience:

    Well, the best part about Noom is that I did lose weight. Keeping track of calories is actually the best way to lose weight.

    I like that it's very easy to log food. The items pop up quickly and are usually on the list. It's also easy to add an item.

    I also like the green, yellow and red foods. It's easy to understand and makes a lot of sense.

    I also like the daily steps.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
