I love the multiple daily check-ins and lessons all in one place. The language of the app has a great sense of humor. Four weeks in I've lost some weight, learned a lot, made connections with group members and my personal couch, and am feeling better about my health journey! I've never felt pressured to create unrealistic for my goals and if anything the forward pace of the program is a little fast, so I'm never bored.
