I have been very happy with Noom (and it certainly isn't the first diet I've tried!). I love the fact that it includes a pedometer. I counted about 16 habits that I am now incorporating into my standard routine such as using smaller plates (which fools my brain), parking further from the supermarket (which increases my daily steps), using salsa in everything from soup to eggs. I've also de-coupled my menu from my husband's - which means more cooking but allows me to control what I want to eat. I love the idea that a grape and a raisin have the same number of calories, but the grape fills up your stomach and the raisin doesn't...should I go on? Better if you do it yourself.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
