I started Noom six weeks ago. I was desperate to get some weight off my knees, and my blood pressure was thru the roof, even with medication. I was tired of being unhealthy. I enjoy the fact that Noom only takes 10 minutes a day. I start every morning reviewing that day's topics with my first cup of coffee. Actually, I think the topics are interesting and very well written and informative. I have lost 16 lbs in five weeks and am feeling empowered. I especially enjoy the fact that I don't have to go to a meeting, it is right in my hand. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting on the right track!
