I have found Noom to be a very helpful tool in my effort to lose weight. Being older and into menopause, most of my old "tricks" no longer worked, and I had been struggling with how to get my added pounds off. I had some good habits already in place, but I think the daily time of reading through the why's and how’s, has helped me. There is a science and a psychology to weight loss, and I have needed to be reminded and also learn some new info. This is not a quick success story, at my stage in the game, but I have seen slow and steady success. I tried MyFitnessPal, before trying this, and had limited success. This format just seems to suit me better.
