Like many others I am sure, I made a New Year's resolution to get healthier and lose weight. I saw an ad for a two-week free trial of Noom and was immediately hooked. Although the start of the program doesn’t really focus on exercise, being mindful of what I eat and reading the daily tips and quizzes has also motivated me to get back to exercising. In just one month I am down 10.2 pounds and I am already seeing that I have more stamina when I exercise, and I am sleeping better too. I committed to a six-month program and I hope that when I get there, I will have learned how to keep up the positive changes.
