I am extremely happy with Noom. The best part about it is that in addition to tracking my activity and food, and thinking about what I eat in a new way, I’m educating myself on the psychology and sociology of how I eat. Every time I’ve hit a plateau, or been frustrated with my progress, the article for the day has been exactly what I need to stay motivated. I like having a coach to hold me accountable, and it’s been cool to be in a group and share the experience with others. Noom is helping me change my mindset about how I view food.
