    Noom Diet

    So far so good

    Overall Experience:

    I started with Noom about five weeks after we made plans to visit family in Scotland and attend a wedding later this year. I had shoulder surgery in September and had not been exercising or dieting because I found I was in a lot of pain. I started Noom just a week before I returned to my first love, pool aerobics.

    I like reading the nerdy notes every day and I like the flexibility of eating pretty much anything I like as long as I control the portions, and of doing sensible amounts of exercise. To date, I have lost about 11 lbs.

    I have my ups and downs, and I'm pretty sure part of that is because I'm a lot older than most of the other Noomies (I'll be 69 this year). My group includes some real wackos when it comes to reporting every step they take on a machine and every episode of jogging or weightlifting. Those people I tend to avoid because for me this is not about that kind of fitness; it's about living longer by doing the things that my body is still capable of doing, without hurting myself.

    I have a good feeling about staying on this program for a long period of time. Thanks to Noom for helping me get my act together again!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
