I have reached my goal weight and the use of cognitive behavioral concepts to help with this life long journey/change has been invaluable. This program addresses the multifaceted nature of this journey...nutrition, sleep, decision making, exercise; founded on documented research and practice. At the start of the program, they had me dig down to my reason as to why I needed and wanted to make this change, that one act helped cement my change. The weekly goal coach and group coach also were important supports. The group interaction added to my success. I am continuing with Noom to help with mmaintenance. Excellent program.
