I've tried every diet out there, from Weight Watchers to the Keto diet. I did well with WW the first time, but gained my weight back, tried it a second time with no results. I was on Keto for a month, no results, ordered Noom to try, I already know what to do to lose weight, but I couldn't put meals together, Noom has shown me the right foods to put together to get results, protein, whole grain, fruit, etc. I will definitely recommend Noom to others.
