    Noom Diet

    Remarkable changes

    Overall Experience:

    I'm a lifelong dieter. Last year I lost 35 pounds, and looked and felt great, but I couldn't sustain it, and I gained back 20 lbs in 6 months. Terrified, I tried Noom.

    At first, I thought it was ineffective, but after three weeks, I started to take the articles and suggestions seriously, and the appearance of the "group" was so surprisingly wonderful. I feel like some of them are my real friends. And now I'm finding that I'm aware of my behavior, much more in control and motivated, and able to see foods in a much more balanced way.

    I incorporate red group foods occasionally as treats (beyond the daily usage) and I feel good about that. I also have linked old and new habits, and change is happening! I'm just becoming more mindful and empowered.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
