I started a month ago, have lost 7 pounds, am weighing in every day and eating mindfully (not quite perfectly, but I am thinking about what I am eating). The interesting information, tips and strategies keep me focused and I know I am going to be reminded daily to keep at it! I love that I can do all of it on my iPhone. It is the most practical program I have ever embarked on (and I have tried a good many over the years).
