After a year of struggling with depression and health issues, I found myself 25 pounds heavier. I was scared and knew it was important for my long term health and well being to not only lose weight but to change some lifestyle habits.
I’ve been on the Noom program for five weeks. And yes I’ve lost some weight. More importantly, I am understanding how to make healthier choices and live a more balanced life. I am learning what influences me to eat certain ways and how to adapt. I haven’t felt deprived but am learning to fuel my body and mind more efficiently.
I have also appreciated the support of my coach who helps me set achievable goals and reinforces good habits. My online group share successes and struggles.
I have never done another program, but for me, Noom has helped me make healthy shifts that are becoming long term habits.
