I am very happy with Noom. The Noom Nerds are informative and funny. They keep you engaged while teaching you about yourself! The coaches are helpful and encouraging, and while I don't like to share with a group, this group is honest and amazing! It's good to have others to talk to especially when you are either stuck or slipping. I would recommend Noom to anyone.
