Let me say that I have not lost weight in the five weeks I’ve used this app, but I am definitely making better choices, and I’ve lost belly bloat because of it. The science-based information delivered in easily absorbed chunks helps me actually learn things about how the body and mind work when it comes to eating and weight loss. I have much more energy without all the processed crap on my plate. Chances are good I’ll reach my health goals with Noom.
