I am currently on Week 6, and I can say that this program has done more for my relationship with food and exercise than a diet, nutritionist or personal trainer have ever done. It is the psychology behind our actions, and not saying they will change you overnight, but help you overcome the inevitable highs and lows, mentally, environmentally, physically, etc. They have been almost mind-reading situations and helping change my mentality, habits, etc. to make healthier decisions. It is not all or nothing, and it does a great job of not being like every other program out there that have you yo-yo between weight loss/gain. The online group is great because it is a really positive environment to celebrate the wins, and quickly bounce back from the lows (because you will always have lows!). You move at a manageable pace, it is not 0 to 10 overnight, which is never sustainable. You really work on the WHY you do what you do, and HOW to work with your personal situation to make better decisions that will, in time, become your new normal. A healthier normal.
