It's the greatest. I have tried dieting in the past and it never felt sustainable (and guess what, it wasn't). Noom, however, helps you change your mind about eating. My attitude toward eating has changed. I'm feeling better and exercising again (not because I have to, but because I want to). Since mind is changing, so is my eating and my body. All for the better. Five weeks in started at 219 and I’m now 206. I’ve been Noomed!
