Noom is an interesting look at weight loss. It doesn't tell you what to eat, doesn't tell you when to eat or how much to eat. What it does is makes you think of why you eat, why you eat the amount of food you do eat. Noom gives you research and studies about the eating behavior, and how to rethink your eating habits. It has made me think about my eating behaviors and how to change my thinking of food. Sometimes there is so much information and research available, it loses me. You communicate with your group and a leader is available 5 days for any help or follow up you might need.
I do have a problem with one part of the app. That is the step tracking. Still haven't figured that part.
