I am very happy with the whole Noom program and particularly the app. It is what I have been searching for for a long time. It is so easy and clarifying to log in all food and liquids at your fingertips. The coach Lauren I was assigned is marvelous! Everyday Noom provides new lessons as well as great psychological tips! Not to mention the great science and chemistry lessons as well. It’s actually fun!
I have become very honest and accountable to myself since I joined last month, and this program really gears you for success and achieving your goals by living your life the way you strive to. It’s about focusing on "your big picture" for life. In my case, at 59 years old, that means staying healthy to watch my two new grandbabies grow up. I want to be an active participant in their lives not an old fat guy with a bad back in a wheelchair!
Ten times better than Weight Watchers. I should know because I was a Weight Watcher member for eight years. Noom is way different with better tools. I am sticking with this program. I’m delighted to have lost 16 pounds my first 30 days! SALUTE!
