Over the years I have tried different weight loss programs including making up one of my own. I have never lost this much weight in such a short time. This program takes into account several aspects of weight loss: eating right and changing your attitude about food, exercise without necessarily having to use weight training, psychology to teach new tips and tricks about food, helpful goal specialists who help to keep you on track and advise you new goals. No other program that I know of offers this kind of well-rounded knowledge about weight loss.
