    Noom Diet

    So far so good

    Overall Experience:

    So far so good. Noom has really helped me realize how many calories I was eating! I thought I was eating great and couldn't figure out why I wasn't losing weight. I was eating lower carbs, so I thought, but I wasn't. I wasn't eating some of the carbs I wanted. This app makes it really easy to be conscious of what you're eating and still be able to eat a lot a different food even "non-diet food" and stay in your calorie range. It has really helped me make better choices by letting you know how many calories certain foods have so you can choose if that's what you want to eat. I don't feel like I'm on a diet, I am learning how to fuel my body, and I'm not hungry at all. If I want a treat I can, I just stay within my calorie budget. I don't want to have certain foods anymore because there are WAY better choices for me. Also learning something new each day and looking at food and eating differently has really helped me have a more healthy relationship with food. I have learned a lot, I haven't felt hungry, I feel great, and I lost 10 pounds! I'm on my 6th week.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
