I’ve been using Noom for about 5 weeks and like the program. My favorite part is the food log and being more aware and accountable for what I choose to eat. The psychology lessons are also interesting along with the support from the group and goal specialist. The program is really geared toward the individual making educated choices and by doing that you may lose some weight. It has been working for me and I’m down 11 lbs with a better food regimen and some exercise.
