I've tried it all. Fad diets, Keto, low carb, meals, gym memberships. Everything. I'd start out with the best intentions and then one slip up would start the downward spiral. I just couldn't keep up the restrictive lifestyle. Noom is changing my entire relationship with food and I love it. No more "good food" and "bad food," just food eaten in sensible portions. The goal coach and groups are awesome as well. Someone is in my corner and not just rolling their eyes at me. Nothing is off limits, and I don't feel deprived or overwhelmed. Worth every penny spent.
