I have had a very positive experience with Noom, the daily tasks and interactions with the coaches are something different than I have had with other apps and has helped keep me engaged and motivated.
The only downside is that I cannot add favorite meals/groups of foods that I eat often and database could be more thorough...ideally I would love to be able to enter food ahead a time as I meal plan.
Overall I have had success on and off the scale and would continue using this app!
