So far Noom is working, and I'm happy that I'm losing weight.
There are some things I wish were different, however. I wish there was more 1-on-1 time with the personal coach. One day a week sucks. The group one is better, but I have trouble making my way around in it and identifying with most of the others in my group.
The food log is great! I'm impressed with all the foods that are on there but wish it were a little easier to get to the exact amount of whatever I'm trying to log. I am managing though so this is not a huge problem.
I wish we could take the subjects talked about a little slower so that we can absorb and practice them before we go on to the next. But it has been very educational, so I guess I shouldn't complain too much
On the whole, I'm happy I joined Noom. I'm learning! Thank you.
