Looking back at 30 years of struggling with weight loss and having taken HMR, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, and other programs, I know what to do. It's making the long term behavior changes to make it stick that never worked; being consistent long term. I want to be healthy and enjoy life. This program challenges me to think about why I have had trouble making the long term behavior changes and provides an easy tracking system and contact with coaches and group members to provides the accountability I know I need. The second month of program and I have seen significant changes along with confidence that I can do this for the long haul.
