I just completed a month on the program and I’m down 13 pounds. I’m not starving myself, and I’m not exercising all day (actually not much at all). The program teaches you different ways to think about eating. It also provides many recipes. I also have an individual coach that contacts me weekly. But I have contacted her other than on our regular day and she responds...there’s also a group coach that posts every day. You weigh yourself daily and log all your calories. It definitely keeps me in perspective and makes me accountable for what I’m eating/drinking.
