I like the fact that you get a good sense of what Noom is about in your first 13 days for free. I was hooked and ready to press forward after that. I love the graph used to watch your weight. So many things of what you’re thinking good and bad about yourself Noom seems to know at just the right time. Example: Right at 4 weeks I got discouraged. The very next day the reading for the day was about highs and lows.
I also like that you have a group coach and can talk with peers in a group that Noom matches up with you. My nutrition coach meets with me once a week and we set goals for me specifically which I also like. Noom is written with a quirkiness that often brings a smile to my face too. I would recommend it to anyone, but you can’t expect the weight to fall off right away. You’re learning a new lifestyle and healthier ways to live which takes time.
