I started Noom with very little expectations. I have tried so many other diets, products, and programs with very little success. I have never felt confident in any past programs and have always felt like I was on a diet. Noom has helped me change my relationship with food. Noom uses psychology and facts to help me learn about food, cravings, activity level, and so much more. I don’t feel like I am on a diet, I feel like I have made a significant lifestyle change. At this time in the Noom program, I have not lost a significant about of weight, but I have had so many other positive changes including requiring less daily insulin injections (I am a diabetic), eating right, increasing physical activity, and taming my food cravings. I am very glad I took a chance and started Noom!
