It sounds like a cliche, but I’ve tried almost everything to lose weight all my life. My friend urged me to join Noom over holidays and I was reluctant but agreed. I thought it was just another thing I’d try and fail, again. Then I realized that I could eventually lose weight, but this time, I’m thinking about leading my life healthier. No deprivation of food I like, maybe some modifications were done in my grocery list, but I like my new way of doing everything to feel healthier. I’ve lost so far 3-4 lbs since I started, but I’m back in the gym, enjoying food I eat and sleep better (because I’m strongly suggested to prioritize sleep!).
