    Noom Diet

    A great tool to get you on the health track!

    Overall Experience:

    Noom is not a diet but a tool to keep you motivated to get and stay healthy. It incorporates psychology tips, habit development, and fact-based advice to help develop a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

    I especially love that I’ve become more aware about the value of what I’m eating (or drinking) so think twice before consuming larger quantities of food that has less benefits and more of those that put me on the road to good health - and I lost weight of course. But Noom is more than about losing weight, it’s a shift in the relationship with food, exercise, sleep and dealing with stress.

    The group support is fantastic! The journey is so much easier when you know others are going through the slips and successes as you are and, for me, hearing their experiences encourages me to keep at it when the going gets tough (and it is sometimes).

    Logging your food does take time, especially if you like cooking and have to enter every ingredient but it really is worth it.

    I’ve been using Noom for six weeks and have more energy, focus, and confidence and have lost over 5kg already. I’m on track to reach my healthy goals.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
