I am very pleased with Noom. I appreciate the way the daily articles are written with education and humor. I definitely like that there are reminders for meals and snacks. I generally do not eat a snack, but that reminds me to drink more water. There's also a setting for exercise reminders. I enjoy the daily group messaging and the weekly contact with my goals specialist. Another very special part of Noom is the color coding of food. I have learned a lot about making healthier choices. Noom is not a diet it is an educational tool for a lifestyle change. It really is working for me!
