I love that they teach you to eat everything in the correct proportions and portions. No fake food. I just started a week and a half ago and have lost two pounds; I have not been hungry. I find writing down what I eat helpful, and it’s easier to do when it’s part of a program. Plenty of choices to select with an option to add if food is not on the list.
The "lessons" are easy to read, informative, and light-hearted. They explain triggers, motivation.
