I did the trial first because I was skeptical. Lost 2 lbs by the end of the trial and didn't feel deprived at all, which is huge! I was curious about the program still so decided to purchase the 4 months (though it bothered me a lot that I was not able to pay per month). My weight hasn't really done anything since the initial 2 lbs dropped but I've been motivated to work out, to eat less calorie dense foods, and my sugar cravings are all but gone. My favorite part of this program is its focus on behavior modifications and cognitive restructuring for lack of a better word. You learn to really pay attention to your body and take control without starving yourself. Also, the articles are great resources and the Noon team has a great sense of humor which throws in some relatability. I like my coach but don't like the group chat. I never enjoyed that structure, but I just don't use it and move on with my day.
