Since joining Noom I have not only lost weight but learned what foods are best for me and become much healthier, slept a lot better and become a much happier person. I love that I haven’t had to totally give up everything I love to eat but can still enjoy my favorites as a treat sometimes. The recipes are great. My husband looks forward to all our meals now and we are both eating much smaller meals and feeling satisfied all the time. I would recommend Noom to anyone who is looking to eat better and improve their lifestyle.
