    Noom Diet

    Best weight loss app that I've tried

    Overall Experience:

    I had lost 40 pounds over a decade ago, but then the dreaded 10 (or 15) pound weight creep happened. Over a couple of years or so I've lost and gained the same couple of pounds back. Noom gives you science-based tips and tricks for weight loss and also helps you dig into the why of your weight loss difficulties and helps you to design your own path to a healthy lifestyle. The app is easy to use, and you're able to track your exercise, steps, food intake and weight all in one place. Plus you have the course, a support group and a goal specialist/cheerleader all included in one platform. I recommend Noon highly. The only glitch is that at the end of the day, the app will sometimes erase those last 2000 steps that you just struggled to fit in, but that's small. I still got the encouragement and the benefit of the walk.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
