I’ve been on Noom for 5 weeks. I enjoy reading the lessons and psychology behind weight loss. I’m a bit at odds with the way it has you handle food - no synchronization between it and MyFitnessPal so you either have to use Noom’s logging or MFP, or you’re SOL. I like to do low carb and count net carbs and Noom endorses more of a low caloric density approach (like Weight Watchers). The coach is supportive. The reason I gave it 3 stars is I haven’t lost any significant amount of weight while using it (I’m within 10 pounds of my goal weight, which is always tougher.) I’m going to keep plugging away and can add another review if this changes.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
