The program is good, especially for those just starting on a program. There are good tips and information to help with weight loss. There is accountability, as you weigh in and record daily. The food is easily calculated and logged. There are recipes to help with variety. However, the promo says you need 10 minutes a day. I find I spend a lot longer reading the daily advice and logging my exercise and food. I have the time, but others may not. The one thing I was dissapointed in was the support. I expected Psychologists that you could "talk" to when you had an issue. I didn't see any reference to a Ph.D. for my coach. I was hoping to have more help from a professional psychologist, one-on-one.
