I purchased my Gotham Steel (took advantage of the buy one get one) and received them in December 2018. I first used the pan I kept (gave the other one to my son) to cook fresh tortillas a few weeks ago. After the first tortilla stuck to the pan, I subsequently started using nonstick cooking spray - and the spray itself is now permanently stuck to the pan. I have tried soaking overnight, to no avail. I still use it, but EVERYTHING sticks on it - egg, meat I am trying to brown, EVERYTHING. I am happy to send a picture of it, but I've currently got it soaking to get rid of last night's stir fry remnants that are stuck on it.
Trying to find out how I can get my money back. This has been a total waste of money, and now time spent trying to clean it up to be useable. I want to return the pan so that the manufacturer can see for themselves how bad the pan they sent me truly is. I subsequently went out and bought two copper frying pans from Target and they are just fine and don't stick at all for the same uses. It was only this product that failed to work as advertised.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
