    Changing your thinking

    Overall Experience:

    I have been on Noom for about 6 weeks. It is not easy, but weight loss is not easy to begin with. What I have really enjoyed about Noom is that it is not about restrictions and killing it at the gym. As a teacher with four different classes to prepare for, a mom of 2 active boys, a wife, volunteer work, and taking a class to keep up with the changing education system, I don't have the time to spend hours at the gym. Noom is about changing habits and how you view food. It has helped me make smarter choices and get moving. I have focused on portion sizes, healthy food, staying within my calorie budget, and getting 10,000 steps in. In the six weeks I have lost 12 pounds and have gotten back into my favorite jeans!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
