After using the Weight Watchers program many times over the years, with the results of losing the weight I want, but slowly and surely going back to my old habits and regaining, I decided to try Noom. I like the ease of the phone app and the psychological and scientific insights and tips to help me make progress. There is no pressure but good support through the program. The daily weigh in and food tracker are helpful tools. The bottom line is that weight loss is hard and slow and needs to be fueled by sustainable lifestyle changes. No weekly meetings and weigh-ins with this program. More resources than the Weight Watchers online program. I have been on it a month and have lost 8 lbs while tailoring and enjoying meals that fit into my lifestyle.
