I have been on Noom for going on 5 weeks (I lost a week getting my self mentally ready, lol) and have lost 10 pounds. I love the fact that I can eat whatever I want, it is my choice. But I realize portions better and change my choices to have better results. I have Hypothyroidism and have given up on many "diets" because I haven't seen any results in a few weeks. Noom has suggestions, coaches, recipes all to help you see results. It is our choice, and I don't have to restrict any foods or drinks, but again it is choices made that get results.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
