This is not your typical "diet." This equips you with more than logging food and weighing in. The coach knows what you are doing. Mine let me know I was missing out on logging in meals. They prompt you to do more than just change your food choices. They help you set other goals and help you look at barriers to your goals and work past them. You must be prepared to change. I have for five weeks taken every meal to work. I have more energy. I can feel the difference in how my clothes fit and lighter going up steps. It took a year prior to Noom to lose 14 pounds. In five weeks I have lost nearly 10 pounds with just a few minor changes.
