This program seems to be created for someone who lives alone or with someone else who is participating with them. I can't stick to plans and practice tips and tricks when I have to live with others who are not at all interested in playing along. It contradicts itself at times (no foods are off limits and you can have anything in moderation vs. instead of cake and ice cream, celebrate your birthday with a nice walk around the block). For me, it destroys any joy you might find in eating (I'm sorry, but no one is going to have fun eating salad and celery sticks at a super bowl party). It makes exercise, the one good habit I have formed, appear minuscule and almost useless. Basically, 6 weeks in I feel more frustrated and down on myself than before I started. I will not be renewing. It is simply not for me.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
