The Noom diet app is designed as an assistant to healthy weight loss. It has daily help lessons and tips to help you lose weight. You are assigned a diet counselor, which in my opinion does not keep in contact with you enough initially. There were many times I needed guidance and assistance but only got answers once a week. After a few weeks, you are assigned to a group. Group members offer support to each other but can’t really help you with specific problems. Overall, it is a good program in that it requires you to fulfill daily check-ins to keep you on track.
