I love the daily tasks with helpful information and tips. Noom really gets you thinking about food and weight loss differently than any other "diet" that I’ve tried. Noom isn’t a "diet." It’s really focused on helping clients create a sustainable lifestyle and viewing food differently. My goal specialist is wonderful, she gives great suggestions on what to focus on each week and listens to my specific concerns. The group coach is also wonderful! She encourages everyone to share their experiences and helpful tips and she gives discussion topics to get everyone thinking positively! Noom is all about encouraging everyone...I’d definitely recommend Noom anyone looking to lose weight and change their lifestyle!
