I haven’t lost much weight with Zoom, but the learning tools are great. Understanding the psychology of my eating habits has caused me to really evaluate what I eat and why I eat it. It’s caused me to do a lot of internal reflection as well, so I feel like I’m going through therapy as well. I know what I need to do for weight loss, but the journey for me isn’t about a number on a scale. It’s about overall health and wellness in body, mind, and spirit. Noom is truly a unique health aide!
