"I believe!"
This plan was introduced to me by my daughter...I began the program on January 15th, and have almost reached my first goal of losing 20 lbs!
I like the plan because it is teaching me the healthy way to lose weight, proportions of food eaten, the best types to eat, i.e. green, yellow, and red, that you log in during the day, requires daily weigh-ins, gives daily advice and occasional quizzing to keep you on your toes...psyches you into believing in yourself!
And from day one you have a Goal specialist who will answer any questions and keep you on track, and after a week or two, you are assigned a group coach that you can chat with, along with a support group. It’s a great plan and very easy to follow.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
