Noom is great! I’ve been on it for a month now and have lost over 15 pounds. I feel better, and I have had to get my skinny jeans out of the attic. And it hasn’t been hard. The Noom program adapts to my lifestyle, rather than requiring me to adapt to it. I read the Noom lesson first thing every morning, and it helps me throughout the day.
